Our Policies

Please be sure to read through our policies below.  You will agree to these policies upon booking a reservation.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Check In and Check Out

We offer an easy contactless self check in.  Your door code is sent to you two days prior to your arrival and will be active from check in time to check out time.  Check in begins at 3 PM, check out is by 11 AM.  We cannot guarantee early/late arrival/departure requests as we are a small inn with limited staffing.

Payments

Payment in full is due to confirm your reservation.  Your room's access code will not be activated until full payment is received.

Cancellations and Changes

If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation, please call or email us as soon as possible. 

Our refund policy is as follows:

 

5 or more days prior to your arrival:

   Cancellation = full refund

   Change dates = we will apply your payment to your future reservation

Within 5 days of your arrival:

   Cancellation = 50% refund

   Change dates = We will apply 50% of your payment to your future reservation dates.

Our policies are firm and will be upheld.  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unforseen cancellations.

Minimum Night Requirements

Unless otherwise noted, weekend bookings require a 2-night minimum.  This applies to check-ins on Fridays or Saturdays and may apply to extended holiday weekends.  Weekend or holiday reservations may not be shortened to less than the minimum night requirement.  Oftentimes we will remove the 2-night requirement on last-minute availability.  The booking calendar on our website will let you know any minimum requirements when searching your dates.

Toilets

Please do not flush any products besides the provided toilet paper.  Guests will be responsible for the cost of plumbing emergency calls due to improperly flushed items.

Smoking

All of our rooms are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and marijuana.  Smoking is permitted outdoors in the designated smoking area.  Please dispose of butts properly in the provided cigarette receptacle.  A $250 fee will be assessed if smoke odor is detected in your room.

Pets

We have designated dog-friendly rooms for up to 2 dogs.  A pet fee applies.  If you are bringing a dog but have not included it in your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can edit your reservation.  Please keep dogs off of the furniture, keep them on a leash when outside, and pick up all droppings.

Wifi

We offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet on property.  Rooms do not contain landline phones.
